    • Obituary from Soo Today online - Ailene went to be with her Saviour on Friday, October 1, 2010, after a long battle with Alzheimers, under the loving and excellent care of the staff at the F. J. Davey Home. She was in her 90th year. Ailene was the daughter of the late Wesley Farmer and Margaret Scott and the beloved wife of the late H.G. (Bert) Acheson. Dear mother of Rose, Norm and Joy. Loving Granny and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her brothers Stewart (Ruby), Don (Pat), and Clifford (June) Farmer and sister-in-law Margaret Acheson. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to The Gideons International or First Baptist Church of Sault Ste. Marie would be appreciated by the family.
