Peacefully, with her family by her side at the West Haldimand General Hospital, Hagersville, on Monday, December 27, 2010. Mary Jane (nee Somers) of Hagersville, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Russel E. Burger (2008). Loving mother of Helen Scott (late Bill) of Lethbridge, AB., Warren and Marlene Burger of Hagersville, Peter (Judy) Burger of Nashville Tenn., William and Ruth Burger of London, ON. Dear grandmother of 8 grand children, 9 great grandchildren and survived by her sister-in-law Florence Weston, Ancaster. Predeceased by her parents Hugh and Eliza Somers, step-father Tom Kindree, brothers Hugh (late Dorothy), Lyle (late Jean) Kenneth and sister Ellen (late James) Little. Mary was a past member of the W.H.G.H. Auxiliary, Hagersville Lawn Bowling Club and Hagersville United Church U.C.W. Friends are invited to call at COOPER FUNERAL HOME, 19 Talbot Street West, Jarvis on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service for Mary Jane will be held at Cooper Funeral Home on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Hagersville Cemetery.
